How to differentiate emphysema and pneumothorax on chest-Xray !!???

We are expected to see hyper-translucent lung in these both conditions, however how can we differentiate them?? 

Emphysema:

- hyperinflation lung ( lung field is more than 6 anterior ribs)

-tubular heart or narrow heart

-bilateral involvement

-straight diaphragm ( more clearly seen in lateral view of Cxr)

-bleb of air seen

-increase AP diameter

Pneumothorax:

-hyper-translucent but not hyper-inflated

-no narrowing of heart  

-seldom bilateral involved

-collapsed lung border can be seen
